No matter the time of year, resort wear for women is all about being comfortable and looking effortlessly stylish at the same time. I’ve captured some of my outfits from a recent trip to the Saint Regis resort in Deer Valley, Utah. A beautiful winter resort that was the backdrop of a marketing leadership retreat.
It’s really fitting because the background that I photographed these outfits on is an exquisite quilt my mom actually made for me based on a design we created that resembles the Grand Prismatic Spring in Wyoming. Our family trip to Yellowstone one Christmas was to this very spot. Pretty amazing location, right?

Quick, upfront disclosure: I work for Under Armour so some of the clothes that I recommend here will be from that brand as well as a mix of others. I love our products and sharing my favorites.

On to the outfits! This is my first day at the resort after a half day of traveling and jumping, right into the conference, this is an easy put together look. I always like to have an outfit planned to change into out of my travel clothes.
I paired these soft, gray leggings and white sweater together. They’re from Black House White Market. Shoes: VIVAIA (bonus, they’re washable). For ballet flats, they’re surprisingly comfortable and breathable.
I stayed in this for dinner that was hosted on-site at one of the restaurants and just adding a long scarf so that I could enjoy the outdoor fire pits and activities.

Day two was casual, but I still wanted to look put together. This is the IntelliKnit top by Under Armour. I believe I found this at the Brand House in Chicago. The closest product we have to this online is Unisex UA RUSH™ IntelliKnit Crew. I love this top because it pairs really nicely with dark wash jeans.
Shoes: also from VIVAIA.

Dinner outfit: it can be hard to dress when it’s cold outside (especially at such high elevations) but this is a great go to option. I recently bought a pair of high waisted black pants from Banana Republic which are so versatile. I paired it with a beautiful top from Alp N Rock, specifically from their line of Henley shirts, and finished with black wedges from Sorrel. Gotta love a practical and fashionable winter boot!

For after hours cocktails outside by the fire, I brought along my new, sheepskin vest from Overland. IMO, you absolutely cannot go wrong with their practical and timeless jackets if you’re planning to be out in cold weather, especially elevated climates like Park City, Utah.

I also packed along this great little backpack by Dooney and Bourke. It’s small enough to fit everything I needed walking around the resort and so stylish and trendy for the holiday time of year.

On my travel out day, I went full comfort mode with one of our best seller sweatshirts, the Women’s UA Hustle Fleece Crew. It’s really stylish. I paired it with my favorite, soft Meridian Leggings that have POCKETS on BOTH sides, y’all. Super handy for your phone or chapstick as you travel. I have like 3-4 pairs of these from black, gray to green.
Just in case, I also purchased our ColdGear® Infrared Leggings (available online) in black and tan because they have our ColdGear technology that keeps you warm and are soft on the inside. And yes, these have a pocket.

In case you didn’t know, friends, here’s where performance wear Sportstyle really kicks in: the uber competitive sport of conference cake decorating 😀

We had 30 minutes as a team to come up with a theme for our design and decorate it. Talk about pressure! The great part is, we ended up getting awarded “Best Theme.”

That’s it for now. Big thanks to 97th Floor for the invite to their Mastermind event! It’s always an intimate, uplifting experience. I’m always humbled to be able to attend.

November 2024’s Mastermind was hosted at Pendry in Park City.

It was one full day surrounded by two book-end days of travel. Travel day one, I walked off the plane and Uber’ed into Park City to the event at the hotel. I brought a change of clothes for the evening; cream colored athletic pants by Athleta and a matching sweater by Alp-n-rock. My conference-day look this time was black athletic slacks by Calia, the latest Curry shoe drop paired with a long sleeve white top and vest that I found on Amazon.

The afternoon rolled right into the evening and I ended up wearing the same thing to the casino night event.
The next morning, travel day, I paired an oversized sweater with black Under Armour meridian leggings and shoes. The Meridian tights are the best because they’re soft, look great and have pockets both sides for your phone or chapstick.

When it comes to conference fashion, as a general rule of thumb, I like to look a bit more professional and put together on the first day of an industry conference and then have more of a casual look for day two and/or a half day that’s also a travel day.
