I enjoy leading an active lifestyle. I’ve participated in various sports since age 8 from martial arts, cross country, competitive ballroom dancing, Olympic-style weightlifting and endurance & obstacle course races (i.e. Spartan Race). I love doing and tying different things to stay active and be a part of a team.
I tend to reflect a lot on what movement and a healthy lifestyle has taught me and how it continues to influence my life.
